Bulkley Valley Branch Report 2011
The Bulkley Valley Retired Teachers' Association held its Inaugural Meeting and luncheon on May 27, 2011 at the Smither's Golf and Country Club.
There were 23 people present for this meeting, with 45 confirmed members.
Membership includes both retired teachers and administrators from Hazelton and the Bulkley Valley School District. The session was a great success with lots of laughter and remember whens. Information about the BCRTA was passed on to the membership.
The BVRTA looks forward to the next scheduled meeting on September 28 where, at that time, information will be passed through from the Fall AGM in Richmond. Elaine Thompson and Donna Steeves will be attending the AGM on behalf of the local BVRTA.
