Ridge Meadows Branch Report 2011

The Ridge-Meadows RTA likes to keep things simple.  We tend to repeat things that work and get rid of things that don’t!  There is a monthly Luncheon at a Golf course that brings together all retired people from our district.  There are always prizes and sometimes even a short talk.  Then there is the regular THWTB on the first day of school, a Christmas Banquet, a February Friendly Potluck with speaker.  Add to that a couple of ‘roadtrips’ and it’s time to start again!!  Each of our Executive takes part in making things happen.  At most of these functions we have a ‘pot’ that we donate to help one of our couples with a library project in Guatemala.  As I said at the start - we keep things simple, it seems to work better that way!!
